Cancellation Policy

Our salon requires a 24-hour cancelation notice for most appointments. Services booked for 2 hours or more (chemical services, Kerasilk treatments, and other extended appointments) require a 48-hour cancellation notice.

If notice is not given within the required timeframe, you may be subject to a fee of 50% of all scheduled services. Please give the salon a call or send us a message to cancel or reschedule. Thank you!
